Residential Complex and Possible Wine Press Found at Memphis

An Egyptian-Chinese archaeological mission has uncovered residential remains, a stone installation that may have been used to make wine, and artefacts near the Temple of Sekhmet at Mit Rahina. The finds document activity in this part of Memphis across periods ranging from the Third Intermediate Period to the Roman era.
